FOX Announces USA X Factor Debut Date Set For September 21st

Mark your calendars Folks! Access Hollywood is reporting the X Factor has an official debut date on it’s Fall 2011 schedule. The new reality series will debut on September 21st with a 2 hour premiere followed by another two hours on the following night. More details below. LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Simon Cowell’s “X Factor” finally has a date!

The new FOX reality series will debut on September 21, with a two-hour premiere, followed by another two hours on September 22, the network announced on Thursday.

The show – hosted by British import Steve Jones and featuring judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and Antonio “LA” Reid — will air from 8 – 10 PM each night.

The four-hour two-night premiere is a bump from the originally scheduled one 90-minute show.
