One of the people I subscribe to on You Tube was at the auditions yesterday in Newark, New Jersey. Below is one of the auditions. This contestant didn’t do very well. But, you can see how the judges interact with one another and judge. Paula is very positive. Note how Nicole wasn’t quite as gentle about it.

      That was really funny! I cannot imagine being an audience member and sitting there for 6 hours listening to mostly bad singers all day.
